Welcome to London Driving Academy. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our driving lessons are scheduled based on availability and are subject to change. It is your responsibility to attend lessons on time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances or instructor availability.

All fees for lessons and services must be paid in full before the commencement of the lesson. We accept various payment methods, and any changes to our payment policy will be communicated in advance. Refunds for unused lessons will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to administrative fees.

London Driving Academy is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during driving lessons, except where such incidents are due to our negligence. Students are expected to follow all traffic laws and instructions provided by our instructors. Any misconduct or unsafe behavior may result in termination of lessons without a refund.
